Policies

1.1.1 Disputes with staff

Any disputes with Transcendent VR, Transcendent VR DJs, or Transcendent VR staff, is to be resolved outside of any official instance or event. Transcendent VR staff can be contacted <here>.

1.1.2 disputes with other attendees

Any disputes should be resolved outside of any event.

Any personal disputes with other attendees which causes a disruption to an event, will result in those involved in the dispute being removed from the instance.

Repeated incidents will result in a ban from the community.

1.2.1 Physical contact.

1. Consent must be given, before any form of physical contact, including, but not limited to, hugging, and headpats.
2. Consent can always be revoked.
3. Any physical contact must be appropriate to the event. Such as no NSFW at a SFW event.

1.2.2 NSFW events

1. All NSFW events are strictly 18+, anyone wishing to attend a NSFW event MUST be verified.

2. All events are SFW unless ex

2. No cameras are to be used at NSFW events. Exceptions are only made for the production of the event.

1.2.3 NSFW avatars.

1. All avatars must adhere to our definition of SFW (x.x.x).
2. If an avatar is changed, and it violates our policy. The avatar must be switched immediately. 
3. Please ensure the settings on both versions of a cross platform avatar are correct.

You will be asked to change into an appropriate avatar, failure to do so will result in being kicked from the instance. Returning without changing to an appropriate avatar will result in a ban.

1.2.4 NSFW activities

Exposure of anything of a sexual nature to anyone under the age of 18, regardless of local laws, is strictly forbidden, and will be treated as a criminal offense with regards to our privacy policy. 

All Avatars, Emotes, and Stickers, must adhere to the regulations of VRChat.

1.3.1 Avatars

1. Performance at events.

We are not usually overly strict about the quality of avatars, however, as events become busy, we do ask that people consider using better performing avatars.

1. Changing avatars. We ask that everyone settles on an avatar before they attend, and that people avoid changing avatars during events, especially if the event is busy.

Use of stickers at Transcendent VR events is allowed under certain conditions.

No promotional stickers without prior arrangement with Transcendent VR.

1.3.1  Any video streamed to Transcendent VR for use in an event, is the responsibility of the video streamer. 

1.3.1  Any audio streamed to Transcendent VR for use in an event, is the responsibility of the audio streamer. 

1.3.1  We may modify any feeds into any instance we are hosting.

1. Any strobing effects must not exceed bursts of three seconds, with a three second cooldown.

3.1.1 All decisions from Transcendent VR can be appealed by contacting our appeals team.

3.1.2 The appeals process

1. When you contact the appeals team, you will be told why you were band, with a reference to which policy was violated.

2. You can give a statement to explain why you wish us to reconsider. You are free to provide any evidence as part of the statement.

3. We will notify you of the decision

3.2.1 Three months after an appeal decision, Transient may review that appeal.
